Reservation Policy
DEPOSIT: A $400.00 Deposit is required to secure your reservation for Wonder Valley Family Camp. Make checks payable to Wonder Valley Family Camp or list below your Visa or Mastercard information.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: First Payment (1/2 of balance) will be due on or before January 31st. Final Payment will be due on May 1st. Space cannot be guaranteed if payment is not received in full by May 1st.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations prior to Jan. 31st are subject to a $200.00 cancellation fee, cancellations between Feb. 1st and April 30th are subject to a $400.00 cancellation fee. Tuition is non-refundable after May 1st. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. Accommodations are based on availability and preference given according to family size and number of returning years. CREDIT CARDS: If paying with American Express, there will be a 1.5% administration charge based on the charged amount that will apply.
